About the Role

As part of AARAV’s expanding footprint in South East Asia, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth across international markets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships, understanding diverse cultures, and spotting opportunities before they emerge.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage business relationships with customers across SEA markets.
  • Identify new opportunities and drive sales growth for fragrances and flavors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions for regional clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive movements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the fragrances space.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients across SEA.
