About the Role

As a Fragrance Evaluator, you’ll be the vital link between creation, business development team and the consumer. You’ll help interpret market needs, guide perfumers with sensory insights, and ensure our fragrances deliver the right impact.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate fragrance submissions and provide olfactive direction to perfumers.
Analyze consumer insights and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
Partner with R&D and marketing to align fragrance profiles with brand strategy.
Track market launches and help identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of experience in fragrances evaluation or sensory research.
Strong olfactive sensitivity and understanding of market preferences.
A collaborative, analytical mindset with good communication skills.
